Pulse rate?
I'm a bit of a hypochondriac to start out, I have been to the dr, had an ekg in the past 6 months and was given a clean bill of health, my blood pressure, is pretty much textbook if not lower. I have noticed though that sometimes in the morning my pulse seems to be higher, in the 90s and occassionally the low 100s never higher than 104 or 106 though, by the time evening rolls around it is always in the low 80s or 70s. Is this normal? I do have generalized anxiety disorder and take Xanax in the morning if that matters thanks!
btw I'm a 27 yr old female, only family history of heart disease was grandpa in his 70s, not overweight and eat pretty healthy.
normal pulse rate for an adult is 60-80bpm the medication you take in the morning can increase it a little as well as the anxiety as long is balances out later in the day and not high all day your fine
