Quick healthy recipes?

Hi, I'm 21 and a senior in college. Myschedule is really stressful and I have lots of reading and research papers etc. I'm also taking some night classes and have other stuff on my plate. I've trying to lose a couple of pounds. Not a drastic amount of weight 20 would be my goal but I'd be happy with 10. My problem is that I don't know how to cook a lot of things, so I turn to boxed/canned quick food. I'm looking for some quick and easy recipes for any meal, but especially dinner and snacks. If you could give me specific recipes or specific links that'd be great. Also, there aren't really any organic/health food stores in my area so brands and foods that are easily found in most supermarkets would be best. Thanks for your help

P.S. My fave foods are rice and beans, mac n cheese, pasta, and pizza. So if you know of any healthy variations of those that would be much appreciated!

boxed whole grain pasta,canned veggies, canned fruit. dont drink anything BUT water and diet drinks. Snack on rice cakes.. they have good apple cinnamon ones. Grab a lettuce head rip it up and put some cucumber slices and microwave a microwaveable chicken strip and make a quick salad. For breakfast eat cheerios, light yougurt and a can of tropical canned fruit all mixed together. sounds gross but its actually good and filling, and healthy. Don't eat anymore white bread, pasta, chips or any candy at all. Also take it easy on the sauces. sauces have a lot of sugar in them and sugar is nothing but fat.
