My husband wants a divorce..he abandoned me, took me off health insurance etc...what are the laws in Calif?
2 years ago my husband and I had to move out of our home, without my knowledge he found his own place, took me off health insurance, credit cards, etc...since he had abandoned me I had to move in with family until I found my own place, we have a small business together (he started before our marriage) I had to acquire it for his child support issues with his ex-wife, he had some of it prior to the separation...what are the laws in California pertaining to such actions...I acquired hospital debts due to no health insurance. I also am stuck with the Income Tax situation since EVERYTHING had been put in my name (his child support issues), am I stuck with that or is it half? I am now homeless and have only income of $1,100.00/month, he makes WELL over that amount, he now states that I gave creditors his phone numbers and the I.R.S. is contacting him looking for me...what can I do? PLUS...there is too much to state...HELP
Well first of all, Do not take things in your own hands. Get professional legal help. This is imperative because your dealing with allot of money when you think of how much you will be paid out in the next 5 to 10 years... your looking at between $60,000 and $120,000 . Now with that much in stake you should spare no expense on this matter.

Get legal advice right away so that when the low life wife deserter serves you, you will serve him right back with your head high and be able to say. NO MAN WILL EVER HURT ME AGAIN AND GET WAY WITH IT!!!!
