I was in a car accident and I admitted to it. What to do now when he has that info?
I was in a car accident. I rushed a stop sign at a four way stop, and a biker dodge to miss me and skimmed the side of his bike in the front. Afterwards we exchanged information and I admitted to the accident. I thought it was going to be the end of it. But now he is saying he is having all these health problems because of the incident and has to go to get checked out at the hospital and goes to the chiropractor twice a day cause he hurt himself, which is a complete obvoius lie and at the same time he has me saying that I was fault. How do I not get cheated out and get taken advantage of from this incident?
talk to your insurance agent, and inform them of your concern, They will look into false claims if reasonable. You do need to understand that back problems do not always appear that day or even in weeks. I ended up having back surgery 4 months after I Had originally hurt myself in a fall. Had no probs until 3 months after Good luck
