Whatever comes to your mind whe you read the question. Be as detailed or simple as you like.

-noticeable physical changes

-specific health concerns/problems

-retirement - what are their plans?

-hobbies/activities

-specific causes of stress

-financial worries

-changes in living arrangements

-marital relationship - how has that changed through the years?

-relationships with children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings:

-friendships you have:

-thoughts about death?

If you don't feel comfortable releasing these answers here. You can email them to me at lschoon8@iastate.edu

1.Other than some gray hair, nothing much. A few wrinkles under the eyes but that is about all.
2.I am an asthmatic but am not concerned about it.I go for annual check-ups at the doctors and have a chest x-ray each time. Since Colo-rectal cancer is in my family.I go for a colonoscopy every 3 years.
3 No stress whatsoever. Totally stress free.
4. Hobbies, I boat and swim in the summer as I live in the country on a lake and snowmobile in the winter.
5.My various pensions plus part=time work is more than sufficient to live a good life.
6. Retirement- No way, absolutely not
7.Changes in living arrangements. I moved north to the country from the city 6 years ago and have never regretted it since.
8.Married 44 years and all is fine.
9.2 children and 5 grandchildren wherein all relationships are excellent. All they want ( my grandchildren ) is to come and see Grandpa or to come to their house to have fun.
10.Best friends with many people for years and such remains strong as ever.
11.Ageism. Cant say I have experienced that. Do not know really what that means. You are as young as you feel.
12.Death. Eventually it will come but I live each day to the fullest, not the past or the future, but today, that is all that is important.
I hope this is of some assistance to you.
